We are prepared to react quickly and remain flexible to pivot again if it becomes mandatory to do so. The MN SHRM State Council is thrilled to be a part of a bridge to return to what is considered normal. For that reason we are researching the ability to offer a virtual component to the Conference and will communicate more on this in the coming weeks. We realize that for many reasons including months of working from home and social distancing, many people will be hesitant to jump into crowds of any size.

There will be adequate meeting space to accommodate the number of attendees while safely meeting the standard for social distancing. We have the utmost confidence in our ability and Mystic Lake’s ability to safely host an in person conferences.

The conference will be held on Monday, October 11 and Tuesday, October 12 at Mystic Lake Event Center!
